nos4d applies mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process for all new accounts. Where nos4d discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account has been registered by an individual under the age of 21, nos4d will immediately suspend the account, void any outstanding bets, return any net deposits made, and permanently delete all Personal Data associated with that account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
