nos4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "nos4d" or "the Platform" means the online betting and gaming service operated at nos4d.one and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to nos4d and its operating entity, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You", "Member", "Player" means any individual who has registered a nos4d account or who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration with nos4d.
• "Balance" means the available Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held in a Member's nos4d Account at any given time, net of pending withdrawals.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sportsbook market, casino game, virtual sports event, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by nos4d to a Member.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process nos4d applies to Member accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to nos4d is restricted by law, regulation, or nos4d policy.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on nos4d.one.

To register for and use a nos4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as Members.
2. You must be the legal holder of any payment method used to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your nos4d Account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nos4d complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence and the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
4. You must not have previously had a nos4d Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform. Each Account is strictly for the personal use of the registered Member only.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of nos4d or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or payment service providers in circumstances where such participation would present a conflict of interest.

nos4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed. nos4d assumes no liability for any losses arising from use of the Platform by ineligible persons.

Registration on nos4d is free of charge. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update any registration information that changes after your Account is opened.

nos4d applies a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed — and in certain circumstances before deposit limits are raised — nos4d may require you to submit one or more of the following identity documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a photograph of the bank card or a screenshot of the e-wallet account)
• A selfie or video verification as directed by the nos4d compliance team

nos4d reserves the right to place an Account in a restricted state — preventing withdrawals, additional deposits, or further wagering — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. nos4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact nos4d Support immediately via live chat at nos4d.one.

All financial transactions on nos4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nos4d does not accept foreign currency deposits; any funds transferred in a currency other than IDR will be rejected, and nos4d accepts no responsibility for any exchange-rate losses or bank charges incurred as a result.

Deposit processing times stated above apply during banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB on business days). Transactions initiated outside banking hours may be queued and processed at the earliest available opportunity. nos4d charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nos4d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one successful deposit into the same Account and that is registered in the same legal name as the nos4d Account. nos4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. nos4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. nos4d reserves the right to set or revise minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds at any time, with notice published on the Platform. Any funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a verification hold at nos4d's discretion before withdrawal is approved.

nos4d offers a range of promotional Bonuses to eligible Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who have fully completed KYC verification, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: sportsbook bets and live casino table games typically contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; certain low-margin games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credit and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's terms. Expired Bonus credit is forfeited automatically.
• Abuse & Fraud: nos4d reserves the right to cancel, reclaim, or withhold any Bonus — and to suspend or close any Account — where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion, the use of automated wagering software, or any other conduct that exploits the Bonus system in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one Account per household, device, IP address, or shared payment method is eligible for any given promotion. nos4d's determination of eligibility in such circumstances is final.

All Bets placed on nos4d are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform (Sportsbook Rules, Live Casino Rules, Slots Rules, Virtual Sports Rules). Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any Bet. Key general principles are set out below.

• Bet Confirmation: A Bet is not accepted by nos4d until a unique bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding stake has been deducted from the Member's Account Balance. Verbal or written expressions of intent to bet do not constitute accepted Bets.
• Manifest Errors: nos4d reserves the right to void any Bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, prices, or game configuration — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by system malfunction or data feed failure. nos4d will endeavour to notify affected Members promptly and will return the stake amount in full where a Bet is voided under this clause.
• Maximum Payout: Individual winning payouts are subject to maximum limits which are published in the relevant product rules and may be updated from time to time. nos4d's liability on any single Bet, and in aggregate across any one settlement period, shall not exceed the published maximum payout for the relevant product.
• Suspicious Activity: nos4d monitors wagering patterns for evidence of match-fixing, insider information, collusion, or any other form of irregular activity. nos4d reserves the right to void affected Bets and suspend implicated Accounts pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities where required.
• Connection Interruptions: nos4d accepts no liability for Bets lost, disrupted, or improperly recorded as a result of the Member's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or any other technical issue on the Member's side. Members are advised to maintain a stable connection when placing live in-play bets or participating in live casino games.

nos4d provides all Members with a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account settings dashboard at no cost and with immediate effect. These tools include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. nos4d employs automated monitoring systems and trained support personnel to identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Where such patterns are identified, nos4d may proactively reach out to the Member and, in serious cases, may impose protective measures on the Account without prior consent, in accordance with its duty of care obligations under its international gaming license.

All content on the nos4d Platform — including but not limited to the nos4d name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the property of nos4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

nos4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software element of the Platform
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application
• Use the nos4d name, logo, or any other brand asset in any commercial context without prior written consent

Any unauthorised use of nos4d intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

nos4d processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at nos4d.one/privacy-policy. By registering a nos4d Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data processing activities include identity verification (KYC), fraud and money-laundering detection, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and — where you have provided your marketing consent — delivery of promotional communications. nos4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and licensed game studios only to the extent necessary to deliver the nos4d service to you.

nos4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Notwithstanding these measures, no system is entirely free from risk, and nos4d recommends that Members take their own precautions, including using strong, unique passwords for their Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nos4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform
• Any service interruption, technical fault, system failure, or data breach outside nos4d's reasonable control
• Any loss resulting from the Member's failure to keep their Account credentials secure
• Any loss resulting from the Member's breach of these Terms or use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, nos4d's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The nos4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. nos4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game outcome or betting result will be achieved.

nos4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, and to void any outstanding Bets and/or withhold any Balance pending investigation, where nos4d has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Member
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by nos4d
• Participation in match-fixing, fraud, collusion, or any other form of criminal activity
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other prohibited technological tools
• Exploitation of manifest pricing errors, system bugs, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member in bad faith
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting nos4d Support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Account Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to a verified payment method registered to the Account within five (5) business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements and KYC requirements have been met. Bonus credit that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nos4d holds its international gaming license. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit nos4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in respect of a breach or threatened breach of these Terms that would cause nos4d irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

nos4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nos4d will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and — where practicable — will notify registered Members via the email address or in-platform notification system associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the nos4d Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with clause 11 above.

nos4d recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
